Automated Check-In

Simply put, LobbyCentral replaces the traditional pen and paper sign-in method with a more efficient check-in process.  By take advantage of your computer network, employees can monitor waiting customers from their desk or mobile device.

Once a customer has been checked-in, a notification is sent to the employees logged into LobbyCentral, keeping employees updated on how many customers are currently waiting for service.

A check-in captures:

  • Customer Name
  • Service Description
  • Date and Time In
  • Requested Employee
  • Special Service Needs
  • Comments

LobbyCentral provides three different check-in methods:

Employee Assisted

A employee can quickly check-in a customer using the web-based check-in screen.  Information such as the customer’s name and service are captured and recorded and sent to employees logged into LobbyCentral.

Customer Self-Service

LobbyCentral’s Kiosk software allows a customer to check-in with just a few clicks.  The intuitive screens can be customized to different color schemes, messages, and even a different language.

Mobile Check-In

If you’ve been to the Apple Store or Verizon, no doubt you’ve seen somebody checked in using a mobile device.  Now you can offer that same service to your customers using LobbyCentral.  Mobile check-in is included with LobbyCentral at no extra cost and works with the iPad, iPhone, and Android tablets.
