Our Kiosk software does not require proprietary equipment. A standard PC running Windows will work! By using a touch-screen monitor, a customer can use the on-screen keyboard and navigation to check in. This keeps the area clutter-free.
The Kiosk software is included with a permanent license and is available as an add-on purchase for subscribers. The Kiosk software is not available for customers using the hosted LobbyCentral solution.

Our mobile software is ideal for a location that utilizes the open-space style of customer management. That is, no desks and customers are may freely roam until it is time for service. Using an iPad, iPhone, or Android tablet, an employee can check-in a customer without being confined to a desk.
The mobile check-in interface is available for permanent license customers, subscriptions, and hosted.
